Welcome to Marvel 71 Ltd. The club has been created to provide a private environment for property investors, entrepreneurs, business professionals, and approved members to connect, network, learn, and experience curated member events within a professional luxury setting.

By applying for or maintaining membership, all members agree to comply with the following Conduct & Membership Rules.

1. Membership Eligibility

Membership is strictly subject to approval by management. Marvel 71 Ltd reserves the right to approve, decline, suspend, or terminate any application or membership at its sole discretion.

Memberships are intended for professional individuals, investors, business owners, and approved guests aligned with the standards and values of the club.

2. Member Conduct

Members are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and professionally at all times while using the club facilities, attending events, or interacting with staff and fellow members.

The following will not be tolerated:

• Harassment or abusive behaviour

• Disruptive conduct

• Illegal activity

• Excessive intoxication

• Damage to club property

• Disrespect toward staff, guests, or members

• Unauthorized commercial solicitation within the club

Management reserves the right to immediately remove or suspend any individual whose behaviour negatively impacts the member experience or reputation of the club.

3. Confidentiality & Privacy

Members acknowledge that discussions, investment opportunities, networking conversations, and private member interactions may occur within the club environment.

Members are expected to respect the privacy and confidentiality of fellow members and guests. Unauthorized recording, disclosure, or distribution of confidential information may result in suspension or termination of membership.

4. Investment & Financial Disclaimer

Marvel 71 Ltd may facilitate networking opportunities, educational discussions, presentations, and introductions relating to property investment and business opportunities.

Marvel 71 Ltd does not provide regulated financial advice, legal advice, tax advice, or investment guarantees unless explicitly stated otherwise by a licensed professional.

Members are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering into any investment, property acquisition, partnership, or financial arrangement.

5. Events & Hospitality

The club may host private networking events, tastings, business presentations, hospitality experiences, and member gatherings.

Alcohol may only be consumed responsibly and in accordance with applicable licensing laws. Management reserves the right to refuse service or remove any intoxicated individual from the premises.

Outside food and beverages may not be permitted unless authorized by management.

6. Guest Policy

Members may invite guests only where permitted by their membership level or event policy.

Members remain fully responsible for the conduct and behaviour of their guests while on the premises.

Marvel 71 Ltd reserves the right to refuse entry to any guest at its discretion.

7. Photography & Media

Photography, videography, interviews, and media capture may occasionally occur during club events for promotional and marketing purposes.

By attending club events, members acknowledge that they may appear in promotional content unless they specifically notify management in writing prior to the event.

Unauthorized commercial filming or photography inside the club is prohibited without prior written approval.

8. Membership Payments & Renewals

Membership fees, initiation fees, and renewals must be paid in accordance with the agreed membership terms.

Failure to maintain payments may result in suspension or cancellation of membership privileges.

Unless otherwise stated, membership fees are non-refundable.

9. Use of Facilities

Members are expected to treat all club facilities, furnishings, simulators, tasting rooms, lockboxes, and shared spaces with care and respect.

Any intentional damage caused by a member or guest may result in repair charges, suspension, or termination of membership.

10. Suspension & Termination

Marvel 71 Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership at any time for:

• Breach of club rules

• Non-payment

• Illegal activity

• Conduct damaging to the club’s reputation

• Behaviour deemed inappropriate by management

Termination decisions made by management shall be final.

11. Limitation of Liability

Members use the premises and facilities at their own risk.

Marvel 71 Ltd shall not be liable for:

• Personal injury

• Loss of property

• Theft

• Business losses

• Investment losses

• Actions or statements made by other members or guests

Nothing within these terms excludes liability where prohibited by law.

12. Website & Digital Platform Usage

Members using the club website, digital platforms, or online systems agree not to:

• Attempt unauthorized access

• Distribute harmful software

• Misuse member directories or information

• Reproduce proprietary club content without permission

13. Amendments

Marvel 71 Ltd reserves the right to amend these Conduct & Membership Rules at any time without prior notice.

Updated terms will become effective immediately upon publication on the club website.

14. Governing Law

These rules shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising in connection with membership or use of the club shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
