This development project consists of 153 self-contained units and was successfully completed in April 2023. The Gross Development Value (GDV) of the project is estimated to be £40 million.

Dukes Road

A row of three large garages had obtained planning permission to be transformed into three townhouses with roof gardens located above. Due to limited site space, each house was designed to encompass three floors, with the roof garden positioned on the fourth floor, offering excellent views.

Sibley Grove E12

This site was an incredible opportunity, as it involved acquiring a three-bedroom flat with a spacious garden that already had planning permission for the construction of a modern and contemporary three-bedroom house. The location is ideal, situated near the underground station and in close proximity to various local amenities.

 

Hendon Gardens


A row of 20 garages obtained planning permission for the construction of four detached houses. We successfully transformed this previously neglected site into a highly sought-after residential area. The development now consists of four luxurious detached houses within a gated community, complemented by breathtaking landscaping.

Duke Of Fife Pub E7

What was once a pub with living accommodation above has now been converted into three commercial units. These units are currently leased to Paddy Powers, a public house (A5 use) located in the basement, and a restaurant/function venue at the rear. Additionally, there are four self-contained flats located above the commercial units.

St. Katherine Dock Offices

This approximately 6500 sq ft space, formerly a wine cellar in the 1800s, is now situated beneath a block of high-end luxury apartments in St. Katharine Docks. St. Katharine Docks is a prestigious marina and leisure complex located in the heart of London, known for its picturesque setting and vibrant atmosphere. The wine cellar has been converted into office spaces, offering a unique and desirable location for businesses within this iconic waterfront area.

High Street, Walthamstow

A three Storey commercial building in the heart of Walthamstow with Oxfam being on the ground floor and what used to a snooker club on the floors above. We managed to gain planning permission to convert the 1st, 2nd and extending to the 3rd floor 11 residential apartments.  GDV £5.5 MILLION

Dagenham Essex

This site area is approximately one and half acres comprising of 10 large Industrial units situated close to Chadwell Heath station and is located in the Council Regeneration Master Development Plan.  Scope to redevelopment of site comprising demolition of existing buildings and erection of four seven-storey blocks to provide light industrial floor space (737m2) (Use Class B1(c)) and 150 residential flats. Initial Investment £1.7 million with an impressive yield of 14.7%

Canning Town Pub

A pub site that is part of a larger regeneration area for a major high-rise development. The total site area is approximately 0.4 acres, and has the potential to accommodate over 150 units. The proposed scheme includes a mix of commercial units with A3 use (typically for restaurants and cafés) as well as residential units, which could reach an impressive height of 16 to 21 storeys.
