Hendon Gardens Collier Row

This was the first ever project/investment we undertook and was an both exciting and daring at the same time. A row of garages that was situated and hidden away behind another row of houses. The site was run down and undesirable and mainly used for unpleasant and criminal activities.  Planning permission was granted for four houses, We managed to change this site from a an eyesore and burden on the residents into somewhere very desirable to live. We created 4 luxury detached houses in a gated development with stunning landscaping.
